KidActivityFinder allows users to submit pricing information, reviews, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you submit is based on your actual, personal experience.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You will not submit content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• You grant KidActivityFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice and for any reason.

Pricing information displayed on KidActivityFinder is reported by parents and community members based on their personal experiences. This information may not be current, accurate, or complete.

KidActivityFinder does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted pricing, ratings, or other information. Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change without notice. Always contact the business directly to confirm current pricing and availability before making any decisions.

Business listings are compiled from publicly available sources including Google Maps and business websites. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.

5. Business Owner Rights

If you are a business owner or authorized representative and believe that information displayed about your business is inaccurate, misleading, or should be removed, you have the right to:

• Flag incorrect pricing: Use the "Flag incorrect price" feature on any listing page to report inaccurate pricing information.
• Claim your listing: Visit our For Businesses page to claim and manage your business listing.
• Request removal: Contact us to request removal of your business listing or specific user-submitted content about your business.
• Respond to submissions: As a claimed listing owner, you may provide official pricing that will be clearly labeled as "Business Listed" pricing.

6. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

KidActivityFinder is an interactive computer service that enables user-generated content. Pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), KidActivityFinder is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by third-party users of the Service.

User-submitted pricing reports, reviews, and other User Content represent the opinions and experiences of individual users and do not represent the views of KidActivityFinder. KidActivityFinder shall not be held liable for any User Content posted on the Service.
